Create a Tank Tire
Tire-making process and their tanks in 3ds max software is using cylinder method then we convert to editable poly and change the vertex and then go to the polygon and select the inset and extrude it into our next and after completion of scale and to smooth away to form meshsmooth and change again to edit poly and select meshsmooth.
